    How does it work?

Under the CarTurner stainless steel pan there are 70 individual wheel packs. Each has a tapered wheel and its own suspension system (consisting of either four springs or two polyurethane spring pads, depending on smoothness of subsurface).

The wheels themselves roll on the stainless steel “spider”, which gives a smooth and consistent subsurface. Inside the ramps there are four to six 24 volt direct drive high torque motors. The motors and the ramps both bolt to the stainless steel “spider”, hence, the CarTurner is totally self-contained.

How easy is it to install and move?

CarTurners are completly assembled in about two hours and disassembled in about one hour. To move the CarTurner a few inches or a few feet takes about thirty minutes.

    How much does it cost?

We Can deliver and install the nonskid stainless steel turntable for just $10,500 + tax and the mirror finish turntable for $11,500 + tax. CarTurner is so inexpensive relative to other turntables that one wonders if it is too cheap to be reliable.

Fear not, CarTurner costs less as it requires neither concrete nor foundation work. Furthermore, as CarTurners are mass produced, we can offer the kind of pricing associated with volume manufacturing. We invested our money in engineering and molds, hence, our per unit cost is low. More than 60% of the cost of the product is the cost of the stainless steel.

How much foundation work is needed?

CarTurners require absolutely no foundation work! The stainless steel “spider”, put under the turntable, is the foundation work. It averages out all the little bumps to provide a smooth, uniform surface for the machine to work on.

    What is the warranty?

CarTurner comes with a complete 3 year warranty.

How easy is it to fix if it breaks?

CarTurners are modular, therefore, we can replace any part in less than thirty minutes. Motor replacement is a two minute job!

How durable and reliable is it?

CarTurners are designed and built for rugged daily use. Every part has been tested and if a part failed, it was replaced by a stronger part. CarTurners have undergone thousands of hours of testing in real life and in real driveways.

No part of the machine has been tested for less than the equivalent of 20 years of use. We have presumed that CarTurners buyers are not interested in having to call a technician every 2-3 years for service. CarTurner has been built to be as reliable as your garage door opener.

What are the dimensions and site requirements?

CarTurner has a total footprint of 15' 4\" and a turning surface of 13’ 4\". Its height is 2 7/8\" and it plugs into any 110 volt outlet. The transport weight is about 1800 lbs. CarTurner can be used by any standard wheelbase vehicle.

It is possible to turn a Toyota Tundra, but takes perfect placement to fit that size wheelbase on the table. CarTurners work perfectly well on asphalt, concrete, marble, carpet and even on sloped driveways!
